Camp Lions Helen Keller - Adult Program for Blind and Deaf
Our 2010 session will be held June 13-19 at Camp Reynoldswood, 621 Reynoldswood Road, Dixon, IL
Camp Lions Helen Keller Adult Camp Application - This application must be completed in full and submitted before the deadline date of May 1, 2010.
2010 SSP''s forms - Helen Keller Adult D/B campers are highly recommended to bring an SSP to assist with daily living care. Camp Staff does not provide personal care. Forms must accompany Camper's complete application.
These forms are required to be completed by Helen Keller campers who will have an SSP attend with them for their personal care. Campers who routinely use an SSP (or facility staff, relative, friend,) to help perform daily living skills/tasks should arrange for one to attend with them as Camp Helen Keller staff DO NOT provide personal care or one: one daily living assistance.
